The first part of the project is focused on representing Asian colleagues in conjunction with Asian Pacific Heritage Month. The project addresses six different stereotype Asian impressions that people usually misunderstood about the community.
There are six types of misconceptions presented here: 01 Asians are overrepresented / 02 Culture Clash / 03 Bamboo Ceiling / 04 Model Minority / 05 Illusion of success / 06 One size fits all. The goal is to illustrate the truth behind the misconceptions in the simplest iconic style.
The second part is focused on expressing the rich variety of culture, project and personality throughout the company; in other words, representing everyone. The biggest challenge of the project is to tell stories in a fairly simple form, as well as combining large quantity of information into a repeated pattern.
